Section (A)
- What do I Need to Do to Make a Return?

To initiate a return, please email us at support@outdoorsinamerica.com.co in the format below.

  1. In the subject line, write the word "Return" followed by your order number.

  2. In the body of the email, please write your name, date of purchase and reason for the return.

  3. Attach a picture of the item to be returned.

A customer service agent will respond within 24 hours with confirmation. If your order meets the return requirements, a paid shipping label to the returning address will be provided at no additional cost to you. 

  • What if I Want To Replace an Item?

If you would like to replace an item you order, email us at support@outdoorsinamerica.com.co and we will replace your item for a brand new one at no additional cost to you. We will also provide a free shipping label for you to return the item you do not want.

  • Do I need to Pay to Ship My Order Back?

No, we will always send you a free shipping label when you are replacing or returning a product.

Section (B)
- Under What Circumstances Are Returns Accepted?

Please check that your order qualifies for a return with the checklist below

  1. Item was purchased within the last 30 days

  2. Item is brand new, unused and in its original packaging

  • What if I Want to Make an Exchange for a Similar Product?

  • - We currently do not accept exchanges. We can offer a refund or a discount code for the item you're interested in.

 

  • What if I Changed My Mind About the Item I Purchased?

  • - As long as order meets the 2 circumstances above, in Section B, you may return it.

 

  • What if Item Arrived Faulty or Broken?

  • - If item arrived faulty or broken, please email us immediately following the steps above, in Section A, and we will replace it for your at no additional cost.

 

  • What if I Received the Wrong Product?

  • - If you received the wrong product contact us immediately using the steps above, in Section A, and we will ship the correct item overnight.

 

  • What if My Order Never Arrived?

  • - If you order did not arrive on the expected date, please contact us at support@outdoorsinamerica.com.co and we will re-ship to you immediately.

 

What if I Want to Cancel My Order?

  • - If you would like to cancel your order, you must do so within 12 hours of your purchase due to our 1-2 day production turn around. Please email us at support@outdoorsinamerica.com.co to request a cancellation on your order. If order cancellation request is sent after your order being shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order and customer will need to initiate a return or refund process.

 

Section (C)
- In What Time Frame Do You Accept Returns?

The time frame to qualify for a return is 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, your return request may not be accepted. Please check Section (B) to check your order qualifies for a return or follow steps in Section (A) to request a return.
