When Will My Order Ship?

Orders placed before 1:00 pm usually ship out the same day. However, we make sure to process all orders within 1-2 business days. We do not process orders on Sundays and holidays.

How Do I Return a Product?

I Bought the wrong item. Can I Return it?

You may return items for a refund as long as you are still within the refund period and meet our return policy conditions.

Do you ship via any method other than USPS?

We may ship via Fed Ex for more expedited shipping methods.

Can I add items to orders already placed?

Once an order has been placed we are unable to add items. You may either cancel your order and place a new order with all the items needed, or place a second order for missing items.

 

Do you deliver products internationally?

At Outdoors in America we are increasing efforts to expand our international operations and will soon offer options to customers overseas. However, we currently only take orders within the United States of America.

I've put the wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we do care, and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

How secure is my personal information?

Outdoors in America adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer technology), which is widely used on the internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

Do you offer Wholesale (Bulk Orders)?

Yes. We provide even larger discount prices on bulk orders.
